Karina Flores (Mexico, 1987) is a photographer whose work moves between portraiture, food, and travel photography. Guided by a sensorial approach, she is drawn to unposed moments and authentic encounters, seeking to preserve fleeting gestures, textures, and atmospheres.
Her images invite viewers to slow down and inhabit the scene for a brief moment.
In recent work, she incorporates embroidery into photography, carefully stitching over selected images. These interventions introduce a tactile dimension and open a more personal narrative within the photograph.
Karina studied photography at Gimnasio de Arte y Cultura (Mexico) and at Grisart International School of Photography (Barcelona).
Prints are available, and she is also available for commissioned photographic work.
